Cape Cod beachgoers are being hailed as heroes after they helped save the life of a young Great White Shark that was stranded ashore earlier this week.
On Monday a young Great White Shark managed to get stuck in the sand on a Chatham, Massachusetts beach. According to The Washington Time, the shark, which was trying to eat some seagulls, ended up stranded on the beach for around an hour. Lucky for him, nearby beachgoers immediately rushed to his rescue and helped keep the shark wet before members of the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy managed to rescue the shark by dragging him back into the ocean.
