Some people are just too lucky…

Years ago on my 18th birthday I vividly remember opening up the giant box that was “Rock Band 2” for the Xbox. I remember the days following jamming out on the plastic drums to one of my favorite bands, the Foo Fighters, on the game.

One lucky Foo Fighters fan received a slightly different birthday present then I had years ago…

Last Thursday while at a Foo Fighters concert in Toronto, Anthony Bifolchi, who was celebrating his birthday, held up a sign saying “It’s my birthday can I play drums?”

While taking a break in between songs, Dave Grohl, Foo Fighters frontman, noticed Anthony’s sign and invited the birthday boy up on stage to play a song. Grohl, who might have second guessed himself for a second, warned Bifolchi “If you suck on the drums, I will personally tar and feather your ass backstage,” before pushing Anthony on to “get up there right now!”

Lucky for both of them Anthony did not suck and he managed to keep up with the band through their hit song “Big Me.”

Lucky for us it was all recorded on video and you can watch the cool moment below!
